Mark Williams is a Registered Kinesiologist and Associate Ergonomist with over 34 years of experience in clinical practice, ergonomic consulting and business management. He earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo in 1991.  After developing his clinical skills in London, Ontario, he returned to Sarnia to open a multidisciplinary physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinic. He has provided ergonomic and kinesiology services to the Sarnia-Lambton and southwestern Ontario area for the last 30 years.

Williams Kinesiology allows Mark to continue offering the professional consulting services that employers have relied on to resolve ergonomic issues and injury management challenges.

He has been a regional director of the Ontario Kinesiology Association for many years and was a member of the Massage Therapy Program Advisory Committee at Lambton College for 10 years. He currently teaches the Ergonomics course to the Occupational Health & Safety students at Lambton College. He continues to serve on the Board of Directors and is a member of the Corporate Services Committee for the Sarnia-Lambton Children’s Aid Society.
